Our 3D reliefs are produced at the Silea Foundation. The Silea Foundation in Thun employs adults with intellectual, mental, or multiple disabilities. The foundation supports and assists these individuals in the areas of housing, leisure, and work.

It all starts with a 3D model on the computer. This model shows exactly what the finished object should look like. The printer builds the object layer by layer from PLA (polylactic acid) based on the digital model, until the entire three-dimensional object is complete. PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a bioplastic made from renewable raw materials such as cornstarch.

Your Matterhorn is a decorative item. Dust it occasionally with a soft cloth. Do not clean your Matterhorn under water, with a hard brush, or with strong cleaning agents.
