Shop / Trade Fairs
She started working for us as an employee in our shop in Frutigen. With a great flair for interior design, she has made a significant contribution to the design of our shops in Frutigen, Zermatt, and Lucerne. Kathrin is the link between all our shops. You can find her everywhere.

Ursi is part of our shop team in Frutigen. In addition to her love of sales, she has a passion for crafts, hiking, and skiing.

If there's anyone who embodies calm and serenity, it's Verena. Verena works in our shop in Frutigen. She also occasionally helps out in our shops in Lucerne and Zermatt. No matter how hectic things get around her, she always remains calm. She has a keen instinct for advising our customers. She's even sung songs for them at their express request 😊.

Since February 1, 2025, Fabienne has been bringing a breath of fresh air to the office. She processes orders, answers calls, and takes care of all administrative tasks with enthusiasm and good humor. In her free time, she enjoys being active and spending time with her family and good friends – always accompanied by good music.

We are delighted to welcome Lea as our apprentice in the office at puralpina Frutigen. Lea not only brings a breath of fresh air to the office, but also a wealth of talents and hobbies: She's passionate about playing the piano, loves dancing, and enjoys being outdoors—whether hiking with family and friends or skiing in the winter. Lea is also very creative and enjoys drawing and writing.

You will hear Rahel's friendly voice when you call us. Rahel will take care of your customer service needs, record your orders, and coordinate the Office team.
Ann Trachsel
Administration
Ann was our first apprentice in administration. She successfully completed her commercial training in summer 2024. We are delighted that she will continue to strengthen our team. Her new responsibilities include supervising our apprentices. Whenever possible, Ann is out and about on her bike or skis.
Marlies Martig
Administration
When Marlies isn't working in the puralpina office, you can find her in the mountains hiking, biking, or skiing. Marlies processes your orders and is our contact person on the phone.
Christina von Känel
Administration
Christina knows puralpina inside and out. She was our first office employee. After her first maternity leave, Christina looked after customers in our shop in Frutigen. Today, she's back in our office.

Our shop team in Zermatt is a well-coordinated group of friendly, motivated, and cheerful people. Our shop employees are on hand to help you find the perfect product. With heart and passion, they ensure a relaxed and personal shopping experience – whether for locals or our guests from all over the world.

If you visit our shop in Zermatt, there's a good chance you'll be advised by Isabelle. She has been working in sales for many years and particularly enjoys interacting with people. In her free time, Isabelle enjoys being outdoors, hiking or skiing. In her garden, she tends to vegetables, medicinal herbs, and flowers.

Two Daniela Imbodens work in our Zermatt shop team. Daniela originally wanted to come to Zermatt for a season in 2009. But she liked it so much that she decided to stay 😉. The trained pharmacist has been working in our Zermatt shop since December 2021.

In her free time, Michèle often spends time outdoors in nature. There, she recharges her batteries and finds inspiration for her passion for decorating and feng shui.

The qualified naturopathic practitioner has been strengthening our shop team in Lucerne since the beginning of July 2024. She loves customer contact and sales. When Angela isn't advising our local and international Lucerne customers, she stays fit with jogging, fitness classes, and long walks. Spending time with her family, outdoors by the lake, and in nature recharges her batteries for everyday life.

Lisa is also a puralpina veteran. She's been with the company since 2012. She started as a market trader and soon moved into production. Today, she still produces and plays a key role in the development of new natural products.

A production employee. She ensures that the right products are manufactured at the right time. Of course, with the quality you're used to. Christa has been with us since 2016.

Kathrin is a true city girl from Bern. She actively helps out in production and, with her enthusiasm, ensures smooth operations. She prefers to commute to work from Adelboden, her adopted home for many years, by motorcycle. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and enjoying the mountains surrounding Adelboden.

If anyone can label quickly and accurately, it's Sandra. She fills, seals, weighs, and is a valuable member of staff in production. Many of our handmade natural products pass through her hands.
Daniela Dummermuth
Procurement of herbs
Daniela is an expert in plants. As a trained gardener and animal health practitioner, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Following her time in production, she's back with us on a part-time basis following maternity leave. With a lot of passion, she ensures that only the finest plants and herbs go into our alpine natural cosmetics.

Christine is part of our production team. She is the epitome of calm and produces our natural products with great care.

Damian is a diligent participant in production. He fills our handmade natural products, carefully seals them, and labels them.

Claudia actively helps with production. She labels and seals our freshly filled cans and also ensures our rooms are spotless when our cleaning angel is on vacation. She is an attentive listener, enjoys reading, walks, and passionately visits medieval markets.
Tanja Zimmermann

Weighing, mixing, labeling, and producing. Tanja is part of the production team and diligently ensures that our products are of the highest quality. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to faraway countries and discovering new cultures.

Annina Burn

Annina joined our team in July 2024 and takes on administrative tasks in the sales partner area. She keeps fit with yoga, biking, and hiking. Her keen interest in herbal medicine helps her gather herbs and mushrooms. Cooking and baking are also among her great passions.

Responsible for our sales partners and exports. He seeks out, finds, and supports existing and new partners. Mario enjoys being outdoors in nature in his free time.

She has been on board puralpina since 2017. As a qualified human resources specialist, she started with us in various office roles. After her arrival, our team grew rapidly. Today, Olivia is responsible for our human resources.

Reto has been on board at puralpina since 2007. He is responsible for marketing, the website, and the office.

Sales Manager and Member of the Management Board
Markus values teamwork and customer and human contact in general. As Sales Manager, he oversees the big picture regarding sales channels and customer contacts. However, he also enjoys a good dose of exercise to balance things out.
Andreas Schmid
Veteran and founder of puralpina
Andreas is the reason puralpina exists. He is the founder and developer of the marmot herbal ointment. He sold his first marmot oil back in 1981. Then, in 1992, he launched the first marmot herbal ointment, laying the foundation for puralpina. Thank you for everything!

With us since 2016. For a brief moment, we considered hiring Patricia as a part-time cleaner for one evening a week. After a short time, we wanted her entirely for us. She primarily works in shipping and the warehouse, but has also done our office work and helped in the shop and at trade fairs. She knows every corner of puralpina.

Marianne will lovingly package your order before shipping it to you. To unwind from everyday life, she spends a lot of time with her family outdoors in the mountains.
Our team at our branch in Germany
Part of our family moved to Germany – and that's been a huge advantage for us. With our branch in Huglfing, we can ship packages all over the world. Incidentally, Huglfing is very close to Murnau and therefore also to Munich.
Fritz Zürcher

Fritz helps us ship parcels to the EU and the rest of the world. When the work is done, he loves to hop on his bike and enjoy the outdoors.
