How much does my package cost?
Switzerland:
Free postage for orders over 60 francs. Below this amount we charge the Swiss Post shipping costs: CHF 8.50 for economy shipping and CHF 10.50 for priority shipping.
Germany:
Free postage for orders over 60 euros. For orders under this amount we charge 4.50 euros for postage. Deliveries are made from Germany. You can order here: www.puralpina.de
Rest of the EU:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 15.90 euros. Deliveries are made from Germany. Visit www.puralpina.de to place your order.
Remaining countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 29.90 euros. Deliveries are made from Germany or Switzerland. Please place your order through our German website www.puralpina.de.

When will my delivery arrive?
We ship our products daily. In Switzerland you can choose the shipping method. This is how long the delivery takes approximately:
Switzerland:
Between 1 to 5 working days
Germany:
Between 2 to 8 working days
EU and rest of the world:
Very different depending on the country
