With our raclette oven you can enjoy the Swiss national dish whenever you feel like it: whether indoors or outdoors in nature. Without electricity. Our raclette oven made of Swiss walnut wood can be folded flat and fits in any backpack.

It couldn't be easier to use: put the raclette oven together, remove the wooden spatula from the handle, light the candles on the rechaud, place the non-stick pan with a slice of hearty cheese on the holder, wait until the cheese has melted and enjoy the anticipation of a tasty raclette - done.

Thanks to the Rechaud candles, the raclette oven is ready for use straight away. No electricity required. The practical wooden spatula is integrated into the handle and is therefore always with you. By gently pushing it out, it is immediately at hand.

Real Swiss craftsmanship made from solid wood. Our raclette oven is made in the Mittengraben center in Interlaken. Since 1960, the center has employed and cared for people with cognitive or more comprehensive disabilities. Today, around 50 people work in the workshop. Our raclette oven with candles is made with patience, careful handwork and great pride. Each piece has its own wood pattern and is unique.

We use Swiss walnut wood to produce the raclette oven.

After use, wash the pans by hand, wipe the wood with a damp cloth if necessary and dry it. The raclette oven is not suitable for the dishwasher.

Raclette is always in season 😊. The melted raclette cheese tastes particularly good on a fresh slice of bread. As Chäsbrägel, as we like to say in Frutig-Dütsch.
